Some of the descriptions that might immediately come to your mind is to be believed, empathy, caring for others, understanding and mastering duties and responsibilities as soon as possible optimally, involvement in motivating and build employee commitment.

  • Scenario survival

It is an activity which is ideal if you have a large room. You can set a mine field using objects found in the office (chairs, boxes, files or other objects) that may cause obstacles. Divide the team into pairs. This is the perfect opportunity for a team of individuals who have a problem with each other so that they can work with each other as partners and overcoming obstacles.

Improve communication with drawing activities

In this exercise you can split the team into two groups and make them sit with their backs to each other. You can give one member of paper and pencils and other members of images. People with pictures can give instructions to people with paper and pen. After they completed the exercises, can be used to interpret the ability to communicate effectively and understand.

Depending on the size of team and the industry, you can choose from hundreds of activities that help strengthen and maximize the relationship. You do not have to spend a lot of time and energy to plan activities to build team bonding. All you need to do is to create chances that enable everyone to interact. You only need to ensure that any activities in performing their duties and responsibilities, they understand that they do not compete or they work against each other, but each other works to achieve the same goal.
